Without elaborating on the principles of essay writing and simply by aggregating various laws, being able to write decisions as a naval officer himself is a commendable achievement. Dr. Samanti Bal deserves congratulations for this type of writing in Hindi. In this context, Dr. Babel's book on the subject of "Women and Children's Law" is not only timely and strategically important but is also a necessity in perspective. The author has discussed in detail the various evils and exploitation related to women and children in the light of relevant laws and court decisions. From the Constitution to human rights, we have to write legal commentary on women and children's problems. It is hoped that Dr. Mavel will continue to benefit the vast Hindi speaking community through his writings on various legal subjects in Hindi.
